Reporting an abusive player

In-app: long-press their message → Report, or open their profile → Report. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Confirmed violations result in chat removal and/or account action.

Account deletion

In-app: Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, in-progress games, chat history, friends, and inventory. It cannot be undone.

Common questions

• Forgot your password? Use the "Reset password" link on the login screen. We'll email a reset link.
• Can't sign in? Try clearing the app cache, or contact support with the email you signed up with.
• How does ELO rating work? Win games to gain rating. K=32 for your first 30 games, K=16 after.
• What's the bot doing in my game? If a game waits more than 15 seconds without a second player, our bot StormBot joins so you can still play.
