You must be at least 13 years old to use Letter Storm (16+ in certain EU jurisdictions). By creating an account you represent that you meet this age requirement. The app is rated 12+ on the App Store / Teen on Google Play to reflect the presence of user-to-user chat.
You're responsible for the security of your account credentials. Don't share your password. We're not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access if you didn't follow basic security practices. You may delete your account at any time from in-app Settings.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for any violation, at our discretion, without notice. We may also remove content we believe violates these terms.
You retain ownership of what you create (chat messages, usernames, custom names). By posting, you grant Letter Storm a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content to other players for the purpose of running the service.
We do not pre-moderate user content. We rely on automated filters and player reports. You can report abusive users or messages from in-app menus (long-press a message or open a profile). Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Confirmed violations result in content removal and/or account action.
The Shop sells cosmetic items (tile skins, avatar frames) using in-game currency. In v1.0 all items are free for testing. In future updates, real-money in-app purchases may be added via the App Store / Google Play.
Virtual items have NO real-world value, are non-transferable, and may be modified, removed, or rebalanced at our discretion. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by Apple/Google policies or applicable law.
We aim for high uptime but make no SLA promises. The service is provided "as-is" without warranty. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
Letter Storm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via in-app Settings. Termination doesn't refund any virtual goods purchased.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
